加强我国的农村学前教育建设,关键在教师,而教师的专业发展关键在培训。本文提出了提高农村幼儿骨干教师培训有效性的办法应体现在培训的各个环节中:培训方案的制定要关注农村幼儿骨干教师的问题与需要;培训内容的选择要涵盖幼儿教师教育理念的形成与践行;培训过程的组织与实施要融合人本主义学习与参与式学习,在培训专家的选择上是否关注农村幼儿骨干教师的经验与需要,在整个培训过程的实施上,要积极创造条件激发农村幼儿骨干教师全程参与。
To strengthen the construction of preschool education in rural areas of our country, the key lies in the teacher, and the key to the professional development of teachers is training.
