安吉洛先生是一位65岁的退休木匠,过去有高血压病史。曾因胸疼到我院急诊室就诊过。这天早上当他钉钉子时胸疼突然发作。过去疼痛也都是在体力劳动时发生,停止活动后疼痛很快可消失,今天他工作仅10～15分钟,停止了工作,但疼痛几乎持续了一个小时仍未消失。
Mr. Angelo is a 65-year-old retired carpenter who used to have a history of hypertension. Had chest pain to our hospital emergency room treatment. This morning when he nailed his nails when chest pain suddenly attacked. In the past, pain was also occurring during manual labor. After the activity was stopped, the pain quickly disappeared. He only worked 10 to 15 minutes today, stopped working, but the pain lasted for almost an hour.
