班级建设中的“项目管理法”能够让学生学会自强,学会自主,人人有事做,事事有人做,事事有人管,做管重实效。将该方法运用到班级建设中,有其特定的教育意义,对于切实减轻班主任工作负担,提升学生自我管理和班级自主管理能力、自身领导力,促进学校工作和谐发展有重要作用。
