随着我国企业规模化的需求,高职院校尝试采取学徒制培养模式,以期为规模化生产提供技术人才。但目前现代学徒制教学模式的探索研究主要集中在工科高职院校,且受制于传统教学模式影响,企业效益得不到保证,学徒制面临着困境。因此,体育高职院校应对校企合作的外部环境进行分析,在订单式培养实践中尝试三个方面的改革,即人才培养规划、教学安排和顶岗实习。
With the needs of large-scale enterprises in our country, higher vocational colleges try to adopt apprenticeship training mode in order to provide technical talents for large-scale production. However, at present, the exploration and research on the modern apprenticeship teaching mode mainly focuses on the engineering vocational colleges. Subject to the traditional teaching mode, the efficiency of enterprises can not be guaranteed and the apprenticeship faces the predicament. Therefore, the higher vocational colleges should analyze the external environment of school-enterprise cooperation and try three aspects of reform in the form of order-based training, that is, talent cultivation planning, teaching arrangement and internship.
