随着社会生产力的提高和科学技术的进步,电力工业也得到了前所未有的高速发展,其机组容量不断提高,相关大容量汽轮机参与电网调峰的作用也越来越明显。因此在工作中加强汽轮机的预期寿命管理就显得十分必要,本文就以某发电厂300MW汽轮机机组作为研究对象,通过对其机组冷态启停、热态启停等方面进行分析,从而提出了汽轮机寿命管理要点,并在此基础上提出了相关优化措施。
With the improvement of social productive forces and the progress of science and technology, the power industry has also enjoyed an unprecedented rapid development. The capacity of its generating units has been continuously increased, and the role of the relevant large-capacity turbines in the peaking of power grids has become increasingly evident. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the management of the life expectancy of steam turbine at work. In this paper, a 300MW turbine unit of a power plant is taken as the research object. By analyzing the start-up and shutdown of the unit in cold state, Life management points, and on this basis, put forward the relevant optimization measures.
