打隧洞中的技术革命是当前全国水电建设开展技术革命的重点之一。根据部和总局的指示,黄河三门峡工程局的广大职工,在党的正确领导下,以毛泽东思想挂帅,发扬自力更生、奋发图强的革命精神,在兄弟单位的主动配合支持下,大力开展技术革新、技术革命运动,在提高隧洞综合机械化施工水平方面取得了一定的成绩。本期专号特发表“介绍三门峡隧洞等工程施工中采用的几种新设备”一文,以兹交流。应该指出,文中所介绍的几种设备,都是新试制或改装成功的,生产使用的时间不长,因此,还必须继续在生产实践中加以考验,对已发现和以后可能发现的问题,进一步研究改进,以使这些设备日臻完善,更好地为我国水工隧洞施工服务。
