分别以（a）乙醇-氯仿（3：7）和（b）醋酸-氧仿（1：4）为溶媒，以相应试剂作空白，用标准曲线法和吸收系数法测定八宝丹中胆红素的含量，并进行比较。结果表明，吸收系数法简便可行，溶媒（b）较合理。
Using (a) ethanol-chloroform (3:7) and (b) acetic acid-oxoform (1:4) as the vehicle, the corresponding reagents were used as blanks, and the standard curve method and absorption coefficient method were used to determine the red color The content of the hormone and compare it.
