周某,男,20岁。1983年9月9日,因发热、头痛4天,间断性扭转性痉挛2小时,急诊入院。入院前反复低热半年,1983年7月颈淋巴结活检诊断为“颈淋巴结结核”。8月中旬起服用异烟肼及对氨水杨酸钠,第10天出现持续性发热,体温38～39℃。9月9日下午,突然发生扭转性痉挛,头颈与上身向右、下肢向左扭曲呈麻花样,间断发作近2小时。体检:
