选派青年骨干兼任乡镇团委编制外副书记,既是响应各级团委和银监部门有关工作要求,进一步深化农业银行与地方团委的合作,有效加强乡镇团组织工作力量的重要举措,也是农业银行党委为提升“三农”服务水平,抢抓农村蓝海市场的战略选择。本文对泰州分行青年骨干兼任乡镇团委编制外副书记工作进行了调研分析,并提出了深化建议。
