广州精密铸造厂广泛发动群众,自力更生,大搞技术革新,用不到一年时间建成了一条涂料流水线。该线15种零件近2吨铸件全用精密铸造铸出,实现了以铸代加工,既节约工时和材料,还加快了生产速度。这条涂料流水线一次可以挂上334串蜡模(相当于过去五人操作三班半的产量)。马达一转,334串蜡模就可以自动地进行涂料、撤砂、硬化,代替了过去手工操作往复进行5～6次的繁重劳动;现在四个人操作这条流水线,不用一个班就可以生产一批334串,其工效比手工操作提高3倍多,等于节约70%的劳动力。
Guangzhou Precise Foundry has launched a wide range of people, self-reliance, and technological innovation, and completed a coating line in less than one year. Nearly 2 tons of castings of 15 parts of this line were all cast with precision casting, which achieved casting and processing, saving both man-hours and materials, and also accelerated the production speed. This paint line can hang 334 wax patterns at a time (equivalent to the production of three and a half shifts in the past by five people). When the motor is turned, the 334-series wax patterns can be automatically painted, sand-removed, and hardened. Instead of manual work, the heavy work has been carried out reciprocatingly five to six times; now four people operate this assembly line and can produce one without a single class. The batch of 334 strings has an ergonomic improvement of more than three times that of manual operations, which is equivalent to saving 70% of the labor force.
