我国《综合医院分级管理标准》要求:二、三级医院要能应用电子计算机进行信息处理。我院是一所地市级综合医院,开放病床800张。自1985年开始,先后在医院统计、会计核算、住院部管理、公费医疗管理、临床药学、综合效益评价、业务经济活动预测等方面引进计算机管理,并完成省卫生厅和市科委的计算机科研课题3项,获山东省科技进步三等奖3项,卫生部计算机优秀软件产品三等奖1项。回顾我院几年来开发应用计算机的经验体会,就院长如何支持应用计算机处理信息问题略陈浅见。
China’s “Differentiated Hospital Management Standards” requires that secondary and tertiary hospitals should be able to use electronic computers for information processing. Our hospital is a city-level general hospital with 800 open beds. Since 1985, computer management has been introduced in hospital statistics, accounting, inpatient department management, public medical management, clinical pharmacy, comprehensive benefit evaluation, business economic activity forecast, etc., and computer research has been completed by the provincial health department and the municipal science committee. Top 3 projects, 3 Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Awards, 1 Ministry of Health Computer Outstanding Software Product 3rd Prize. Recalling the experience of the development of applied computers in our school over the past few years, I have a brief overview of how the dean can support the use of computers to process information.
