我师王绵之拟治褥疮验方,今介绍如下。方药组成:血余炭、煅龙骨,各等份。若无煅龙骨,可用煅牡蛎代替。上药研细未备用。敷法:疮面有渗液者,用药粉均匀撒在疮面即可;若疮面较干者,则用香油调拌药粉,每日一次。长期不愈合者。此多属气血俱虚,方以黄芪、党参、白术为主,酌情配以补血之品,则有助疮口的愈合。
