笔者应用寒温并用法,治疗鼻鼽、胃肠道疾患属寒热错杂者,取得了较为满意的疗效,现举典型病例于下: 一、鼻鼽常××,男,53岁,干部,病历号:0235。初诊(1986年4月30日):鼻塞流清涕10余年,头昏胀15年。患者10余年来鼻塞涕清,常于变天时鼻塞加重,张口呼吸,颇以为苦。平素头昏胀痛,前额、眉棱骨处疼痛尤著。时有口干,尿黄,晨起咳嗽。脉弦滑,苔白厚腻。曾经宁医附院五官科检查对花粉、棉絮、兽皮、尘土、枕垫、皮毛等过敏,诊断为:过敏性鼻炎。历经中西医多人,治疗无效。此为寒热错杂、虚实
