With the deepening reform of the water conservancy system, it inevitably touches upon the vital interests of some cadres and workers and creates a series of new contradictions and problems, adding new difficulties to the ideological and political work of the grassroots water conservancy departments. How to further strengthen the ideological and political work of the grassroots water conservancy station in the new situation and mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the broad masses of workers and staffs and become the real issue to be seriously considered and solved by the political cadres, especially the frontline trade union chairmen. In my opinion, under the new situation, the chairman of the trade union should do a good job in the ideological and political work of the grassroots water conservancy department, play a good four roles and grasp the four links
