逆向伏安法测硒有较高的灵敏度。悬汞、铂、石墨电极测定硒已屡见报导。最近又报导了硒在黄金电极上的逆向伏安法,由于黄金的氢过电位较铂高,电解硒时析出的氢少,重现性好。本工作采用黄金盘电极及示波极谱仪,研究硫酸底液中硒的测定条件,并用于水、粮、土样中痕量硒的分析。仪器:自装示波极谱仪。电极电解池装置见前文。黄金盘电极直径2.5毫米。抛光好的电极于1M硫酸中,经-0.3
Reverse voltammetry selenium has a higher sensitivity. Hanging mercury, platinum, graphite electrode determination of selenium has been reported.
