中7902是中国农业科学院作物所近年育成的春小麦新品系,综合性状好,目前正在河南、河北、山东等省推广种植。本研究选用中国春单体系统为母本,于1982年开始中7902单体系统的转育,设重复系。经8个世代的选育,于1985年夏已转育成功。在 BC_2和 BC_4代,用中国春重双端体系统作父本与转育的中7902单体系统测交,测交 F_1经根尖染色体检查选留40+2t 的植株,在减数分裂时这些植株显示20个正常二价体和2个不配对的端体,即20~Ⅱ+2t~Ⅰ,呈现正确的核型,未发现单价体变迁。中7902单体系统已用于细胞遗传和导入外源基因的研究。
Zhong 7902 is a new spring wheat cultivar bred by Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in recent years. It has good comprehensive characters and is currently being planted in Henan, Hebei and Shandong provinces. In this study, the Chinese spring single-body system was selected as the female parent, and the 7902 single-body system was switched from the beginning in 1982 to a repetitive line. After eight generations of breeding, in the summer of 1985 has been successfully transferred. In BC_2 and BC_4 generations, the Chinese Spring-and-Handed terminal system was used as the father and transferred 7902 monomer system. The plants with 40 + 2t selected by apical chromosome examination of F_1 were selected and sequenced. At the time of meiosis These plants showed 20 normal and two unpaired ends, 20 ~ + 2t ~ Ⅰ, showing the correct karyotype and no monovalent changes were found. The 7902 monomer system has been used for cytogenetics and introduction of exogenous genes.
