巨核细胞白血病是急性非淋巴细胞白血病的一种亚型(M7),目前国内、外已有少数病例报道,我院近年来收治一例,现报道如下:患者女性,48岁,江西人,农民,巳婚。因牙龈出血一个多月来我院求治,无发热无黄疸,大小便正常,否认肝炎史与血吸虫疫水接触史,患者六年前在其地医院诊断为“巨脾症”而行脾切除术,患者当时无贫血,无出血表现,周围血象白细胞数正常、无幼稚细胞。体格检查:T36.8C,P84次/分,R20次/分,BP17.3/9.3Kpa(130/70mmHg),发育正常,贫血外貌,全身皮肤无黄疸,无出血点,
