我们利用APAAP技术对65例急性自血病做了免疫表型分析。其中包括20例急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL),43例急性非淋巴细胞自血病(ANLL)及2例混合性急性自血病(HAL)。根据ALL白血病细胞表型的表达,将其分成了4个亚型;C- T-,N-和B-ALL。仅借助于形态学检查是不易诊断HAL的,同时也常常难以将ANLL的M_1同ALL(L_1和L_2)区别开来。本组研究的结果表明免疫表型的分析有助于ANLL和HAL的诊断。我们认为,免疫表型分析使白血病的诊断和分型更趋于完善。
We used the APAAP technique to immunophenotype 65 patients with acute leukemias. Including 20 cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), 43 cases of acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) and 2 cases of mixed acute leukemia (HAL). Based on the expression of the ALL leukemia cell phenotype, it is divided into four subtypes; C- T-, N- and B-ALL. It is not easy to diagnose HAL with morphological examination alone, and it is often difficult to distinguish M_1 of ANLL from ALL (L_1 and L_2). The results of this study show that the analysis of immunophenotype contributes to the diagnosis of ANLL and HAL. We believe that immunophenotyping tends to improve the diagnosis and typing of leukemias.
