近幾年來,筆者有幸參與了上海圖書館譜牒研究中心的中國家譜資料的選辑工作。這部呈現於讀者視野的序跋卷,所辑篇什上千,作者數百,係從上海圖書館館藏的家譜,兼及不少兄弟省市的館藏家譜,乃至美國猶他學會和日本東洋書庫珍藏中國家譜的縮微膠卷中選辑而成。主要選取古代至新中國成立之前,由歷代對譜牒學研究有所造詣或貢獻的名家碩儒撰寫的序跋,並對某些知名人物家譜或歷史沿革較長、極具編纂特色的家譜序跋作重點
In recent years, I have the honor to participate in the Shanghai Library Genealogy Research Center of Chinese genealogy data selection work. This series of prefaces and postscripts presented in the field of vision of readers have been published in thousands of volumes and hundreds in their works.
