【北平通信】副司令行营昨接我国驻朝鲜总领事张维城电告:鲜民前日(八日)突结队约2000余人,将我总领事馆包围,旋即攻入。避难侨民有3000余人无法逃避,死伤甚多,器皿均被捣毁。张及领事馆多数职员,均逃至朝鲜总督署避难等语。各地侨民仍续有伤亡。又烟台各界昨已有通电到平,报告由朝鲜逃到烟台的侨民已有2000余人,各地惨遭屠杀及被逼投海而死者,已数千人。只仁川一处财产损失已达
