行政单位中的人事管理一直是困扰我国专家与学者的重要问题之一,由于行政单位的特殊性,因此国内多数行政事业单位的人事管理都由政府或是相对稳定的编制薪酬体制进行。但是随着我国市场经济的不断发展与进步,行政单位中的工作人员逐渐想要改善自身生活水平,于是便有一些行政人员从事一些不符合相关规范的活动,违背人事纪律。这些情况的发生与行政单位的人事管理存在密切关系。因此,有必要通过对行政单位的人事管理进行研究,来规范行政单位的纪律性与工作环境。
Personnel management in administrative units has always been one of the most important problems plaguing our experts and scholars. Due to the particularity of administrative units, the personnel management of most administrative units in China is carried out by the government or a relatively stable pay system. However, with the constant development and progress of the market economy in our country, the staff members in the administrative units gradually want to improve their living standard. As a result, some administrative personnel engage in activities that do not conform to the relevant norms and violate the personnel discipline. The occurrence of these situations is closely related to the personnel administration of the administrative units. Therefore, it is necessary to study the personnel management of the administrative units to regulate the discipline and working environment of the administrative units.
