近年来,我们在微波男性节育方面作了一些工作.为了进一步探索微波致畸的特异性,在1980年我们进行了微波对妊娠大白鼠致畸敏感期的测定.为使用微波时的安全提供参考。材料和方法一、本实验微波源为国产WL—200型微波理疗机.用2450MHz,100mW/cm~2照射18分钟,被照射动物距辐射器15—20厘米。妊娠大鼠为全身照射,照射后平均肛温为41—42.5℃.微波辐射强度系用RCQ—1型微波漏场仪直接测得.
