目的观察玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗青光眼术后干眼症的临床效果。方法选择医院收治的青光眼术后干眼症患者65例作为研究对象,随机分为单药组32例和联合组33例。单药组采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液进行治疗,联合组在单药组基础上加用普拉洛芬滴眼液进行治疗,观察比较2组患者在治疗前后泪眼分泌试验结果(Schirmer)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)及临床疗效。结果治疗前,2组泪液分泌试验结果及泪膜破裂时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组泪液分泌试验结果及泪膜破裂时间均优于单药组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。联合组总有效率为93.94%,高于单药组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论青光眼术后干眼症患者采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗,效果显著,建议在临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with pranoprofen eye drops in the treatment of dry eye after glaucoma surgery. Methods Sixty-five patients with post-ophthalmopathy of glaucoma admitted to our hospital were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into single drug group (n = 32) and combination group (n = 33). The single drug group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops. The combined group was treated with pranoprofen eye drops on the basis of single drug group. The results of tear secretion test (Schirmer, tear Membrane rupture time (BUT) and clinical efficacy. Results Before treatment, the results of lacrimal fluid secretion test and tear film rupture time in two groups showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). After treatment, tear secretion test results and tear film rupture time in the combined group were better than those in the single drug group P <0.05 or P <0.01). The total effective rate was 93.94% in the combination group, which was higher than 75.00% in the single drug group (P <0.05). Conclusion Glaucoma postoperative dry eye patients with sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with pranoprofen eye drops treatment, the effect is significant, it is recommended for clinical application.
