目的：探讨玉屏风散对机体免疫功能的影响及其机制。方法：本文实验观察了不同剂量玉屏风散对小白鼠的腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、PFC、淋巴细胞增殖及ADCC的影响。结果：玉屏风散对巨噬细胞吞噬功能、抗体生成及ADCC等各项指标均有较强的促进作用。结论：玉屏风散是一广泛用于临床的免疫增强调节剂。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Yupingfeng Powder on immune function and its mechanism. Methods: The effects of different doses of Yupingfeng Powder on the phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages, PFC, lymphocyte proliferation, and ADCC in mice were observed experimentally. Results: Yupingfeng Powder had a strong promoting effect on macrophage phagocytosis, antibody production and ADCC. Conclusion: Yupingfeng Powder is a widely used immunostimulant modulator in clinical practice.
