目的调查某化工股份有限公司三氧化硫(SO3)、二氧化硫(SO2)气体泄漏的原因及造成的危害。方法采用职业流行病学的方法进行现场调查。结果某化工股份有限公司硫酸生产线干吸工段一吸液下泵发生腐蚀性破损故障,使SO3、SO2泄漏,导致59名村民到医院就诊,主要为上呼吸道刺激症状。结论这是一起SO3、SO2泄漏引起的群体性中毒事件。
Objective To investigate the causes of leakage of sulfur trioxide (SO3) and sulfur dioxide (SO2) in a chemical company and the harm caused by it. Methods The method of occupational epidemiology was used for field investigation. Results A chemical industry Co., Ltd. Sulfuric acid production line dry suction section of a suction pump corrosion damage failure, so that SO3, SO2 leakage, resulting in 59 villagers to the hospital for treatment, mainly for upper respiratory tract irritation. Conclusion This is a mass poisoning incident caused by SO3 and SO2 leakage.
