由国家科学技术委员会主任宋健和新闻出版署署长宋木文于1991年6月5日联名签发的《科学技术期刊管理办法》,对科技期刊做了分类。即: (一)综合性期刊,指以刊登党和国家的科技方针、政策和科技法律、法规,科技发展动态和科技管理为主要内容的期刊。 (二)学术性期刊,指以刊登研究报告、学术论文、综合评述为主要内容的期刊。 (三)技术性期刊,指以刊登新的技术、工艺、设计、设备、材料为主要内容的期刊。 (四)检索性期刊,指以刊登对原始科技文献经过加工、浓缩,按照一定的著录规则编
Science and Technology Journals are classified according to the Measures for the Administration of Journals of Science and Technology issued by Song Jian, director of the State Science and Technology Commission, and Song Muwen, director general of Press and Publication Administration, on June 5, 1991. Namely: (1) A comprehensive periodical refers to a periodical whose main content is the publication of the party’s and nation’s scientific and technological policies, policies and scientific and technological laws and regulations, developments in science and technology, and science and technology management. (B) academic journals, referring to the publication of research reports, academic papers, a comprehensive review as the main content of journals. (3) Technical journals refer to journals which publish new technologies, techniques, designs, equipments and materials. (D) of the periodicals, refers to the publication of the original scientific and technological literature after processing, enrichment, in accordance with certain rules of the series
