中国劳动部、公安部、全国总工会最近联合发文,严禁外商投资企业和和私营企业以锁闭工作场所和职工集体宿舍来限制职工人身自由,对构成犯罪的,由司法机关依法追究刑事责任。上述三部门在发布《关于加强外商投资企业和私营企业劳动管理,切实保障职工合法权益的通知》时明确规定。
The Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Public Security and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions recently issued a joint document and strictly forbidden foreign-invested enterprises and private-owned enterprises to restrict the personal freedom of workers and staff by locking down workplaces and collective dormitories of workers and staff members. Those who constitute a crime shall be prosecuted for criminal liabilities by judicial organs according to law. The three departments mentioned above explicitly stipulate the Notice on Strengthening the Labor Management of Foreign-funded Enterprises and Private Enterprises and Effectively Protecting the Legal Rights and Interests of Workers and Staff Members.
