气动稳压阀是一种压力调节装置,结构简单可靠,压力调节范围大,温度适应范围广,输出压力精度高,工作寿命长,性能稳定,不仅适用于空间飞行器,还可推广应用到工业生产过程自动化的气动控制系统中。本文简要地介绍了一类气动稳压阀的结构与工作原理,它的静态特性与动态特性以及研制中的几个问题。已研制成的这类气动稳压阀经受了空间环境条件的严格考验,圆满地完成了预定任务。
Pneumatic valve is a kind of pressure regulating device with simple and reliable structure, large pressure regulating range, wide temperature adaptability, high output pressure accuracy, long working life and stable performance. It is not only suitable for spacecraft but also widely applied to industrial production Process automation in the pneumatic control system. This article briefly introduces the structure and working principle of a type of pneumatic valve, its static and dynamic characteristics and some problems in the development.
