汕府办[2015]27号各县(市、区)人民政府,市政府各部门、各直属机构:经市政府同意,现将《汕尾市行政执法公示制度(试行)》和《汕尾市行政执法监督检查记录制度》印发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。2015年4月21日汕尾市行政执法公示制度(试行)第一条为规范行政执法行为,提高行政执法工作的透明度,保障公民、法人和其他组织对行政执法工作的知情权和监督权,切实做到依法行政,根据《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》、《中华人民共和国行政许可法》、《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》及《广东省行政执法责任制条例》等有关规定,结合本市实际,制定本制度。
