我由于大便后流血及左侧下腹部疼痛,在当地医院行肠镜检查,结果为:1.直肠前壁中段小息肉;2.轻、中度浅表性乙状结肠炎;3.盲肠内鞭虫寄生。摘除息内行病理检查示炎性息肉。请问应如何治疗?另外,炎性息肉是否会向肿瘤方面发展?云南段宝福

Mild and moderate superficial sigmoiditis; parasitic. Removal of interest pathological examination revealed inflammatory polyps. May I ask how to treat?
