目的:进一步探讨青少年视力的发展规律,探索其视力低下的可能成因。方法:根据规定要求,对镇江市大中小学生进行视力检测,并采用视力均值统计方法对其视力发展规律可能成因进行分析。结果:学生视力均值存在性别差异、城乡差异、左右眼差异、年龄和学习阶段差异,学生视力低下开始年龄和降幅最大年龄与学生的青春发育生长突增年龄和高峰基本一致。结论:笔者提出了学生视力低下成因“假说”,认为学生视力低下或近视眼的发生发展是外界的不良视觉环境因素作用于青少年青春发育生长突增时期而激发(或导致)的一种视力损害。
Objective: To further explore the development of teenager vision and explore the possible causes of poor vision. Methods: According to the requirements, the students of Zhenjiang were tested for visual acuity and the mean of visual acuity was used to analyze the possible causes of visual acuity. Results: There were gender differences, urban-rural differences, left and right eye differences, differences in age and learning stage. The starting age and the maximum decline of pupils' vision were basically the same as those of the students. Conclusion: The author puts forward the hypothesis of students' low vision and thinks that the development of low vision or myopia of students is a kind of visual impairment (or induced) which is caused by the adverse visual environment factors of the outside world during the sudden growth of adolescent growth and development .
