1病历摘要女,42岁。因宫颈鳞癌根治术后3 a,阴道流血1个月于2008-07-16入院。患者3 a前因宫颈癌行子宫+双附件切除+盆腔淋巴结清扫术,术后PEB方案化疗。于1个月前出现阴道流血,量多如月经,无腹痛,在外院行阴道填塞纱布及止血治疗,效果欠佳,急来我院。查体:T 37℃,P 68次/min,R:
