1病历摘要例1:男,60岁。右眼白内障术后4个月,仍有眼红就诊,追问病史,3个月前因车祸头部受伤,当时有右眼球突出。伤情好转后,右眼球突出症状缓解,但眼红仍没有好转。曾于外院以结膜炎诊治无效,现伴有耳鸣,夜眠欠佳。查:右眼视力0.5,眼睑正常,眼球运动不受限,无前突,球结膜静脉
1 case summary 1: male, 60 years old. Right eye cataract 4 months after surgery, there are still eye red for medical attention, history, 3 months ago due to head injury in a car accident, when the right eye prominent. Injuries improved, the prominent symptoms of the right eye relief, but jealous still no improvement. Had outside the hospital to conjunctivitis diagnosis and treatment is invalid, now accompanied by tinnitus, night sleeplessness. Check: Right eye 0.5, normal eyelid, eye movement is not limited, no protrusion, bulb conjunctival vein
