科技兴站,育人为本,是湖南芷江春阳滩电站党、政、工领导的一个共识。他们始终把提高职工素质和生产经营放在同等位置,使职工整体素质得到不断提高。目前,电站已获得中专以上文凭的有83人,有初级以上职称的80人,技师10人,中级电工98人,工程师、经济师、政工师12人,98%以上的一线工人有技术等级证和特种工作操作证。1996年荣获怀化地区职教工作选进单位光荣称号。
