On September 1st, Tsinghua University and China National Nuclear Corporation jointly held the 1997 orientation meeting to welcome 62 students of nuclear engineering and technical specialties and 23 freshmen from nuclear-related units to study for the second bachelor’s degree in nuclear engineering. Assistant General Manager of China Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. Yao Yaozhong attended the orientation meeting and delivered a speech. From September 3rd to 7th, the work meeting of China Nuclear Power Organization was held in the Erqi Brigade of East China Geological Bureau. September 9: The National Press and Publication Administration agreed to host the “Nuclear Economy” sponsored by China Nuclear General Administration and Nuclear Economic Research Center.
