俗话说“一招鲜,吃遍天”。在同类型产品激烈的竞争中,努力创造独树一帜的产品特色,以打入市场,赢得用户,作为一种竞争的策略,历来为中外精明的企业家所称道和运用。从张小泉的剪刀到常州市的灯芯绒、柴油机,从瑞士的手表到日本的丰田汽车,等等,无不如此。而对于中小企业来说,技术有独到之处,产品能独具匠心,则更是赖以生存的基础。这里试举一例。江苏省武进县勤丰灯具配件厂是个工人不满百,固定资产仅有28.94万元大队办的集体所有制企业。该厂从1973年开始,生产为日光灯继电器配套用的铝壳。这是一只很简单的标准件产品,竞争十分激烈,市场当时基本上被上海、天津、无锡等几家大厂控制。面对这种形势,勤丰灯具配件厂苦心钻研了四年多时间,摸索成功了一套独特的生产方法,创出了自己的产品特色。与同行业相比,这个厂的产品有三个独到之处。一是氧化配方与众不同,产品色泽光亮,锃白中隐隐透出青光。二是雷司加工工艺不同,花纹清晰耐磨。三是延伸模具作了改进,质量稳定,成千上万只不走样。

As a competitive strategy, it has always been praised and applied by smart entrepreneurs at home and abroad. For small and medium-sized enterprises, technology has its own uniqueness and products can be uniquely crafted, and it is the basis for survival. Here’s an example. Wujin County, Jiangsu Province, Qin Feng Lighting Fittings Factory is a worker with less than one hundred, fixed assets only 299,400 yuan brigade organized by the collective-owned enterprises. The factory began in 1973 and produced aluminum shells for fluorescent lamp relays. This is a very simple standard product and the competition is very fierce. At that time, the market was basically controlled by several large factories such as Shanghai, Tianjin and Wuxi. Faced with this situation, Qinfeng Lamp Parts Factory painstakingly studied more than four years, explored a unique set of production methods, and created its own product features. Compared with the industry, this factory’s products have three unique features. One is that the oxidizing formula is different from the others. The product has a bright color and bright blue in the white. The second is that the processing technology of the company is different and the pattern is clear and wearable. The third is to extend the mold and make improvements. The quality is stable. Thousands are not lost.
