熔融还原炼铁法是一种先进的炼铁方法,由于本方法可直接用煤来炼铁,因此可以不修建炼焦和烧结两个工厂,大量缩减了设备投资费用和人工费,使铁水成本至少降低10~20%。而且,用本方法生产的铁水量可调范围>±50%,设备的操作中止、再开也容易,可按市场需求状况机动地生产廉价铁水。本文重点介绍了瑞典、联邦德国、日本等国家在开发熔融还原炼铁法方面的进展情况、采取的具体方法等,可供借鉴。
