近年来,包钢在烧结料中配加一定量的含镁熔剂,使烧结矿MgO含量维持在2.5~3.0%,显著地改善了烧结矿的冶金性能。高炉使用65~70%高MgO烧结矿,不仅使炉渣成份趋向合理,提高了热稳定性,而且高炉冶炼也取得了防瘤、顺行、高产、优质和低耗的重大进步。因而,MgO已成为烧结矿配料中不可缺少的添加剂。但是,对于MgO在烧结矿中所起的作用过去研究得还不够;对高炉冶炼使用MgO烧结矿的作用至今认识也不尽相同;有的人还主张降低包钢烧结矿MgO含量。本文试图通过国内外关于MgO烧结矿的研究和发展情况并结合
