目的了解顺义区医院各科室消毒灭菌工作的状况,有效地预防和控制医院感染的发生。方法统计和分析2007-2010年压力蒸汽灭菌、内镜、透析液、物体表面、医护人员手、室内空气和呼吸机管路等的监测结果。结果压力蒸汽灭菌、内镜、透析液、物体表面监测合格率为100%,手、室内空气和呼吸机管路监测合格率均在97.3%以上。结论医院总体消毒灭菌效果监测合格率高,但室内空气消毒存在一些问题,应进一步加强监测力度,改进消毒灭菌方法,预防和控制医院感染的发生。
Objective To understand the status of disinfection and sterilization in all departments of Shunyi District Hospital so as to effectively prevent and control the occurrence of nosocomial infections. Methods Statistics and analysis of 2007-2010 steam sterilization, endoscopy, dialysate, the surface of the object, the hands of medical staff, indoor air and ventilator pipeline and other monitoring results. Results Pressure steam sterilization, endoscopy, dialysate, the object surface monitoring pass rate of 100%, hand, indoor air and ventilator pipeline monitoring pass rate of more than 97.3%. Conclusion The overall disinfection and sterilization rate monitoring in the hospital is high. However, there are some problems in indoor air disinfection. Monitoring efforts should be further strengthened to improve the disinfection and sterilization methods and prevent and control the occurrence of nosocomial infections.
