用单克隆抗体55,79检查了普通型急性淋巴细胞性白血病抗原(CALLA)的组织分布特点。CALLA除强烈地表达于普通型急性淋巴细胞性白血病(C-ALL)细胞表面外,某些T-ALL,个别B-ALL,以及一些具有淋巴细胞特点的慢粒急变白血细胞也表达此抗原。但个别正常骨髓细胞及大多数多形核白细胞也为CALLA~+细胞。非造血组织中,胎儿肾小球及近端曲管上皮、毛囊上皮细胞及小肠绒毛上保护性粘液也有CALLA表达。用免疫沉淀反应证明,多形核白细胞及非T非B细胞系Nalm-1表面CALLA分子量是完全相同的。
Tissue distribution characteristics of common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA) were examined using monoclonal antibodies 55,79. In addition to the strong expression of CALLA on the surface of common acute lymphoblastic leukemia (C-ALL) cells, some T-ALL, some B-ALL, and some chronic myeloid leukemia cells characterized by lymphocytes also express this antigen. However, some normal bone marrow cells and most of the polymorphonuclear leukocytes are also CALLA ~ + cells. Non-hematopoietic tissue, fetal glomerular and proximal tubule epithelial cells, follicular epithelial cells and protective intestinal mucus also have CALLA expression. Immunoprecipitation demonstrated that the molecular weights of CALLA on the surface of Nalm-1 in polymorphonuclear leukocytes and non-T non-B cell lines were identical.
