方法试验种茎为三叶半夏(Pinellia ter-nate Breit),由南充县药材公司提供。1984年春,将种茎种入南充师院的校园内,当株高10cm 出现大叶时,取幼嫩叶片为外植体进行培养。培养基为MS、B_5附加成分为2,4—D0.2,NAA0.2、KT0.5(单位均为mg/l),PH 为5.8。接种后的试管置于培养室内,温度23~25℃,用40瓦的日光灯,每天光照10小时。接种后6天叶块开始膨大,10天产生愈伤组织,30天左右愈伤组织出现绿点,接着分化出幼苗,两个月左右试管内形成3~4cm 高的完整
