行政审判权与民事审判权同属司法审判权,具有相似之处,但由于二者产生时间等不同且分管不同领域,故在很多方面又存在差异。本文试从不同角度来对二者的差异予以比较。
The power of administrative jurisdiction and the power of civil jurisdiction are both similar to judicial jurisdiction. However, there are differences in many aspects because of their different production times and their different fields. This article attempts to compare the differences between the two from different perspectives.
