我国现行的审判制度存在诸多的不足之处,亟需改革和完善,目的是确保严格执法,消除司法腐败,真正实现司法公正。本文拟从几个角度讨论审判制度改革和完善的措施及可能性。
The current trial system in our country has many deficiencies and needs urgent reform and improvement. The purpose is to ensure strict law enforcement, eliminate judicial corruption and truly realize judicial fairness. This article intends to discuss the measures and possibilities of reforming and perfecting the trial system from several angles.
