以杜鹃兰种子萌发的原球茎为试材,研究不同培养基、不同植物生长调节物质(6-BA、NAA和IBA)、活性炭、温度及光照强度对杜鹃兰原球茎增殖的影响。结果表明:1/2MS培养基为适于原球茎增殖的基本培养基;添加一定浓度的6-BA、NAA和IBA均有利于原球茎的增殖,IBA的浓度为1.0mg·L~(-1)时,原球茎增殖率较高,40d可达170.07%;适量添加活性炭对原球茎增殖有促进作用;温度及光照强度的控制对原球茎增殖是必需的。杜鹃兰原球茎增殖的适宜培养条件为1/2MS+1.0mg·L~(-1) 6-BA+1.0mg·L~(-1) IBA+0.5g·L~(-1)活性炭,温度为15℃,光照强度为2 000lx。
The effects of different media, different plant growth regulators (6-BA, NAA and IBA), activated carbon, temperature and light intensity on the proliferation of rhododendron protocorm-like bodies were studied. The results showed that 1 / 2MS medium was the basic medium suitable for the proliferation of protocorm. 6-BA, NAA and IBA were beneficial to the proliferation of protocorm, and the concentration of IBA was 1.0 mg · L -1 ), The protocorm multiplication rate is higher, up to 170.07% after 40 days. The proper amount of activated carbon can promote the proliferation of protocorm. The control of temperature and light intensity is necessary for protocorm proliferation.
