心电圈(ECG)在诊断完全性左束支阻滞(LBBB)有无左室肥厚(LVH)颇具困难。作者以ECG,X线,超声心动图(UCG)对LBBB进行评价。方法及结果:28例男性LBBB,年龄47～89岁。高血压和/或冠心病22例(78.5％)。1例充血性心肌病。1例主动脉狭窄和1例风心病。仅1例无心血管疾病。UCG左室重量≥215克为LVH。
ECG (electrocardiogram) in the diagnosis of complete left bundle branch block (LBBB) with or without left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) quite difficult. The authors evaluated LBBB by ECG, X-ray, and echocardiography (UCG). Methods and Results: 28 cases of male LBBB, aged 47 to 89 years old. Hypertension and / or coronary heart disease in 22 cases (78.5%). 1 case of congestive cardiomyopathy. 1 case of aortic stenosis and 1 case of rheumatic heart disease. Only 1 patient had no cardiovascular disease. UCG Left ventricular weight ≥ 215 grams for LVH.
