创意文化概念的提出为高职教育核心竞争力的培育提供了新的思路,但由于创造性思维缺乏,我国高职教育创意文化实践面临着一系列困境。在新形势下,高职教育创意文化探索的新型出路在于培养学生创造性思维,这就需要高职院校采取三个方面的措施:一是转变教育理念,坚持技术文化与人文文化的统一;二是健全高职院校创意文化制度;三是改变教育方式,注重过程而非结果。
The concept of creative culture provides a new way for cultivating the core competence of higher vocational education. However, because of the lack of creative thinking, the creative culture practice of higher vocational education in our country faces a series of difficulties. Under the new situation, the new way of exploring creative culture in higher vocational education lies in cultivating students’ creative thinking. This requires that vocational colleges take three measures: First, to change the concept of education and adhere to the unification of technical culture and humanistic culture; Is to improve the creative and cultural institutions of higher vocational colleges; third is to change the way of education, focusing on the process rather than the result.
