综合目前独立学院的党建工作现状来看,党建工作无疑是独立学院工作的重点和对党务工作者的新挑战。和普通的本科院校相比,独立学院的特殊性也决定了其党建工作的特殊性,因此新时期独立学院的党建工作也面临着巨大的挑战,并存在着一些问题,而如何更好的应对这些挑战并解决这些问题将会是独立院校党建工作的重难点。近年来,很多的独立院校关于党建工作的相关问题进行了很多有益写尝试和探索,并取得了一定的成效,但是高效率、高服务质量的党建工作必须具有强有力的工作体系作为引导和保障。本文也将从独立学院党建工作目前存在的问题出,并给出了一定的对策或建议。
