我市郊区徐山等大队于3月23日到27日先后因吃臭豆腐干(下称臭干子)引起346人食物中毒,现将结果报告如下: 一、中毒经过当涂县××镇一位卖臭干子人,到我市郊区的徐山、陶村等三个生产大队贩卖。凡吃该种干子的社员,都引起中毒症状。三天内先后有三个生产大队,28个生产队,346人发病,一般潜伏期在4个小时左右,最长24小时发病。发病症状:恶心、呕吐、发烧均在39℃以上、腹痛、腹泻等症状。无死亡。二、流行病学调查自3月23日开始,凡吃小贩卖的臭干子或自小贩子的豆制品商店购来的臭干子的人都发病。统计286例病人中反应较轻的119人,比较重的109人,严重的58人。经大队赤脚医生和市医疗队抢救都治愈。其中有二人在市级医院抢救治愈。

Among the 286 patients, 119 were mild, 109 were severe and 58 were serious. After the brigade barefoot doctors and city medical team were cured. Two of them were cured at a municipal hospital.
