近年来,W-3型多不饱和脂肪酸(W-3FA)治疗肾脏疾病取得了一定进展。鱼油烯康丸主要成份为二十碳五烯酸(EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA),属于W-3FA。我们用此药治疗慢性肾功能不全(CRI)患者,观察其对脂质代谢的影响,现报告如下。
