鞍山钢铁公司在生产中碳铬锰钼稀土钢板时发现,该钢锭在开坯后试轧钢板时钢板表面产生锯齿状横向裂纹,低倍断口中有椭圆状冶金缺陷。有人认为这种缺陷是钢中白点,属于氢损伤所致。也有人提出疑议。 我们采用金相、电子光学分析仪(STM、TEM、X射线能谱、离子探针)、电解分离夹杂物法、钢中残余气体(氧、氮、氢)和化学成份测定等手段,弄清了钢板产生裂纹原因和冶金缺陷本质,同时提出了消除此种缺陷的有效措施。
